Requirement:
- S1 degree in Law/Psychology/Management or any discipline, with min. 3 years – experience in same field
- Understand Organization Management
- Good knowledge the Regulation of labor legislation
- Understand Administrative Wage system and compensation & benefits system
- Understand the problems of industrial relations
- Understand Job Analysis & Job Evaluation system
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Able to work under pressure / deadline
- Able to operate computer (Windows applications, HRIS system, HR&GA system)
